Remove Stubborn Rust Stains With Spectra-Clean™ Systems 1, 2 and 3
Periodic passivation is required to ensure the corrosion resistance of stainless steel products. The application of Spectra-Clean™ System 3 will help prevent corrosion in the future. Although it's considered a corrosion-resistant alloy, stainless steel may show some characteristics of rusting under certain conditions. Routinely rinsing surfaces with unchlorinated water and wiping down rail surfaces will minimize the potential for corrosion.
If you notice heavy deposit buildup or stubborn rust stains on stainless steel equipment, Spectra-Clean™ Systems 2 or 3 may be needed to restore the original rail finish and eradicate foreign substances.
