Order Confirmation & Tracking

• Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with order details - including expected ship date. If you do not receive this within 1 business day, please first check your spam folder and if it is not there, please contact our customer service at 800-846-7052.
• Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipment tracking information.

Order Processing expected time - before Shipping

• Regular Item Orders: The majority of all regular order items ship within 24 hours. During our industry peak season (April - June), this may be extended to 48 hours.
• Customized Item Orders: Processing time varies depending on the type of customization and size of order. We target to ship customized items within 5-10 business days of order confirmation. Team Site custom orders may vary further in processing time.
• Drop Ship Item Orders: Select items may be shipped direct from our suppliers – the order processing times for these items may vary. Drop Ship item processing times do vary and may not be available for Expedited shipping options.

Shipping Policies

• Free Shipping: Orders placed online - over $75 (on qualifying items) - receive free shipping in the Continental US only (before tax). Exclusions on some items do apply.
• Alaska & Hawaii: Once order is placed – we will contact you to confirm Shipping Cost & Carrier before we ship the order.
• Exclusion of items from Free Shipping: Select items do not qualify for Free Shipping (regardless of order size). These items are indicated as "Additional Shipping Charges Apply”.
• Additional Shipping Charges Apply: Heavy and/or large items including orders with multiple boxes (that may also ship via LTL carrier) incur additional shipping charges. These orders will require us to provide you a “FREIGHT QUOTE” – we will contact you to confirm – before we finalize your order for processing and final shipment.
• Shipping Carrier: All orders are generally shipped via FEDEX Ground. You can request Expedited Shipping via FedEx Next Day or 2-Day Air - for an additional charge. USPS ship carrier is also an option and can be selected at checkout for qualifying items / orders.
• Expedited Shipping Options: Orders must be placed by 10:00 AM CST in order to ship that same day for FedEx Next Day or 2-Day Air Ship method. Orders placed after 10:00 AM CST will not ship until the next day via FedEx Next Day or 2-Day Air method selected. 
• Drop Ship items generally take additional days to process with our suppliers. Selecting ExpeditedShipping (next day or 2-day method) will shorten the carrier shipping time once our drop shipvendor processes the order – but this will not ensure the order ships immediately.
• Weekend Shipping: We do NOT ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
• PO Boxes: Shipping is not available to PO Boxes.
• Back Orders: If an item is not available to ship immediately – other items on the same order that are available to ship - will ship immediately. The remaining items on the order will ship - when available.
• Shipping Delivery Estimates: Shipping times vary based on ship to location. We reference FedEx shipping zones (continental US) to determine actual ship delivery date estimate. Hawaii, Alaska and International Orders will have extended Shipping Delivery estimates.

International Orders

• All orders shipping outside of the United States will require us to confirm shipping cost and confirm with you before we ship the order. Note: Freight charge does NOT include customs duties and taxes, which will need to be paid by you before shipping.
• All International Orders require payment in advance of shipping.

Speedo Brand Products: May only ship to the United States, Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
