Built for use in all four strokes, the Kiefer Pulse Hand Paddle pairs a durable, smooth-edged design with adjustable tubing for a custom fit. For general fit, the tip of the index finger should sit about an inch below the tallest point of the paddle, with full wrist range of motion at the base. Includes new, improved 100% latex tubing (3 ft).
