I'm Aquatics director at a YMCA. I like my instructors to look professional when teaching swim lessons, so we started having them wear the Lyra instructor rash guards. They look great for a while, but like all Lyra garments, deteriorate quickly in pool water. I tried the dri fit shirts instead because they're 100% polyester, and they work great! They look just as good after a month as they did the first day. They haven't faded or lost their shape, and being on a YMCA budget, its important that we won't have to replace instructor shirts nearly as often!

The shirts are great, the 100 % polyester material is another story. They arrived totally wrinkled. A wash and dry had no effect on the wrinkles. I had to spend far more time than I cared to ironing them on low-heat synthetic setting which only got about 60% of the wrinkles out. A subsequent launder didn't improve them, but at least it didn't make them worse. A material blend would probably improve wear and care
