This is my third year purchasing this product for my lifeguards; they're a great product, look professional, stay cool, dry fast, and protect against the sun. They do seem to run a little small, so if in doubt, upsize.

The products are fine. It's the fact that it took you over 2 weeks JUST TO GET IT IN A BOX!!!!! Then it took at least 2 more weeks to get to me! I emailed you guys 2x and only got a response on my second email. You need to improve your customer service by at leaps and bounds.
